Key Responsibilities: Process payroll transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Calculate wages, deductions, and bonuses based on employee timesheets and attendance records.
Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and internal policies.- Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and resolve issues promptly.
Serve as a point of contact for internal departments and external parties regarding accounting matters.- Collaborate with HR for payroll-related employee queries and updates.
Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and service providers regarding financial transactions and invoicing.
Maintain records of company assets and property.
- Conduct regular physical inventory checks and reconcile with records.
Coordinate with departments to track asset movements, disposals, and transfers.- Ensure adherence to asset management policies and procedures.
- Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.- Proven experience in payroll processing and accounting functions.
Familiarity with payroll software and accounting systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks).
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and analysis.
Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines effectively.
