ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE ASSOCIATE- Verifying and Tagging of Bank Deposit Store/Remittance 3rd Party
Daily Updating of Monitoring (Sales, CM, and 3rd Party Merchant Records)- Encoding entries in SAP such as Sales and Payment
Performing Sales Reconciliation
- Weekly and monthly Reporting of Consolidated Data
Assisting in general financial management and analysis- Investigating and resolving any irregularities and inquiries
- ACCOUNTS PAYABLE ASSOCIATE
Post and verify financial documents such as Sales Invoices and the like- Daily Updating of Monitoring
Performing Bank Reconciliation
- Weekly and monthly Reporting of Consolidated Data
Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables- Assisting in general financial management and analysis
Investigating and resolving any irregularities and inquiries
Keen to Details
- With or Without experience in SAP but having experience is a plus
Ability to prioritize and manage expectations- With experience in the Accounting field and has experience handling multiple accounts
Detail Oriented and organized
- Willing to work ON-SITE in Ortigas, Pasig City
