Qualifications and Skills:- Must have Bachelor'sCollege degree (e.g., Accountancy, Management Accounting, Financial Management, and Accounting Technology)
Knowledge of an accounting information system is a plus- Proficiency in MS Word & Excel
Skilled in dealing with financial and numeric data
- High degree of attention to detail and multi-tasking

Update the organization's financial management system daily.
- Checks daily reports and prepare monthly financial reports.
Prepare BIR-related reports (FS, ITR, 0605, VAT reports).- Update business and legal documents of MTC Ads (Mayor's Permit, DTI, PhilGEPS, Tax Clearance).
Prepare financial bidding documents.
- Ensure the security and safety of cash and checks on hand.
Monitor payments across all passbooks.- Monitor the preparation of 2307 forms.
Monitor the preparation of checks, vouchers, and payment for utilities.
- Monitor the preparation of payroll.
Monitor clients credit lines and applications.- Monitor billing and collection of overdue receivables documents.
Release finance-related documents with the approval of the General Manager.
- Assist the General Manager in handling financial matters.
Provide the General Manager with updates on financial matters.- Protect the organization's value by maintaining confidentiality of information.
Fulfill accounting and organizational objectives by completing related tasks as necessary.
- Address accounting and financial inquiries by researching and interpreting data.
Monitoring of contracts- Maintain and balance an automated consolidation system by inputting data.
Performs additional duties as assigned by the Management.
