Accounting Staff

On-site work location: Aseana Square, Macapagal Blvd. Brgy. Tambo, Paranaque City

Overview of the Role

The Accounting Associate will be working for a branch of the Corporation. The nature of the business is a retail supermarket.

General Responsibilities

• Execute Accounting operations, which include financial accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivables/collections of the main revenue stream, and payroll.

Execute the system of internal controls over Accounting functions to minimize risk.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day transactions such as daily sales audits, prepares daily cash count and cash sales deposits, etc.

Perform and maintain general bookkeeping.

• Maintain a filing system for all related documents

Prepares and executes payroll for employees.

• Government remittances monitoring and execution (SSS/Pag-ibig/Philhealth).

Perform ad hoc assignments as required.

Job Qualifications

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance related.

Preferably with at least 1-2 years experience in Accounting.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and will be trained.

Knowledgeable with Accounting standards.

• Must be trustworthy and keen on details.

Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness.

• Self-motivated, hardworking, a strong sense of responsibility with a positive working attitude.

Resourceful, can-do attitude and willingness to learn and go beyond

• Willing to be assigned at Aseana Square, Macapagal Blvd., Paranaque City.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php17,
