1 . Providing support to the Accounting Department;
- Performing basic office tasks such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail and other related tasks;
- Handling communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and actual meetings;
- Processing transactions, issuing checks and updating ledgers, budget and other related transactions;
- Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts.
- Contributing to the development and review of annual operating budgets and performance projections.
- Responding to information requests, reviewing financial statements, and assisting with audits.
- Record accounts payable and accounts receivable;
- Assisting with audits, fact checks and resolving discrepancies in audit documents, records, books and other related documents;
- Requirements and skills:
BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
- Knowledgeable of financial and accounting procedures.
Experience using financial software Knowledge of financial regulations
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
Sharp time management skills- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
