Proven experience in accounting or a similar role- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Demonstrated expertise in using
QuickBooks and other similar accounting systems
- Skilled in the use of apps and technology
Perform comprehensive accounting tasks, including end-to-end processing and financial data reconciliation.
Manage vendor and supplier relationships, negotiate payment terms, and oversee invoice processing and payments.
Efficiently handle customer billing, ensuring prompt invoice generation and receipt processing.
Maintain precise and organized financial records for accessibility and accuracy.
Conduct in-depth financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, addressing related inquiries as needed.
Uphold strict compliance with all financial, tax, and documentation regulations.
Reconcile all financial transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, bank, and credit card statements.
Prepare comprehensive financial reports, statements, and budgets to offer valuable insights to management.
