An accounting clerk is responsible for providing support to the accounting department by performing various tasks, such as data entry, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports.
Key responsibilities of an accounting clerk may include:
- Recording financial transactions in accounting software
- Reconciling bank statements and accounts payable/receivable
- Processing invoices and issuing payments
- Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions
- Responding to inquiries from vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders
- Assisting with audits and financial analysis
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting or any related course
- With proven experience working in Accounting and/or Collection
- WILLING TO START ASAP
