- Responsible for the record keeping of Student's Accounts Receivable ledger these includes billing of tuition fees and other miscellaneous charges to students and updating of ledger when payments are made.
-Answer queries with regards to student's outstanding balance.
-Assist the Accounting head in providing accurate and reliable financial information as may be needed by the management.
-Performs other duties as assigned by the Accounting Head
-Perform clerical tasks which include but are not limited to drafting correspondence, sending and receiving internal/external communications, and reproducing documents
-Provide efficient and timely administrative support to faculty and staff.
-Collect payments and reports
