Primary Responsibilities
. Preparing and sorting data for computer entry
. Reviewing data to make sure it's accurate before entering it in the system
. Entering data from paper to a computer data entry system
. Maintaining the data system and ensuring all information is correctly recorded
. Completing data backups
. Filing and making paper copies
. Checking your work for errors or duplicate entries
. Reporting errors to management
. Keeping records of data entry and database information
General Responsibilities
. Greet office visitors, answer and direct phone calls, field inquiries from sales
representatives, and maintain office efficiency and accounting
. Perform a variety of administrative duties, such as generating and distributing
Memos, letters, spreadsheets forms
. Prepare and send invoices, maintain client databases, track accounts, and assist with
copying and distributing production orders and other internal documents
. Update spreadsheets used by accounting, production, and field services
. Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
. Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
. Assist in tracking stocks of office supplies and placing orders when necessary
. Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
. Other responsibilities,as assigned, but not limited to the above.
