Accounting Staff/ Associate
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing financial records and transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.
- Record day-to-day financial transaction in accounting software (SAP)
- Maintain and update AR records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Process invoice issuances to clients
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and in charge with collections
- Perform reconciliations to ensure all clients transactions are recorded accurately and investigate discrepancies and resolve any issues.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist with preparing and filing tax returns (e.g., VAT, income tax) as required.
- Help ensure all financial transactions are recorded and posted to the correct accounts.
- Provide support during internal and external audits, including preparing required documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to the accounting department, such as organizing files, responding to inquiries, and maintaining documentation.
Qualifications
- With degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- 12 years of experience in accounting or finance is a plus, but entry-level candidates with relevant internships or coursework will be considered.
- With knowledge in SAP but not required
- With ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- With eagerness to learn and grow in the field of accounting and finance.
Work Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm
