Accounting Assistant Responsibilities:- Prepares Disbursement Vouchers, and RFP for daily transactions.
Create and print Vouchers of Purchase Invoices.- Review the liquidation and get approval.
Prepare and print cheque.
- Audit and inventory all the materials, tools, office equipment, furniture, fixture, and transportation equipment.
Consolidate and file all accounting documents.- Prepares reports and submits all documents at the end of the month to the accounting and admin/finance manager/HR manager.

Bill Deposit- Create, encode in the system the liquidation and voucher payment from PTC/RS- (Cash on Hand-Cr/Expense-Dr), check and create Voucher for Expense Claim.
Prepares the summary for salary deduction and submits it to HR during cut-off.
- Submit monthly report to Admin/Finance Manager/HR Manager.
Other assigned tasks from Admin/Finance Manager/HR Manager.
- Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field a plus- With 1-2 years accounting experience.
Previous accounts payable experience is a plus
