Accounting Staff (Accounts Payable)

Graduate of BS Accountancy or at least Have 24 Units of Accounting subject

with 1 year or more experience in a similar capacity

• Responsibilities:

• Payables:

Payment process for suppliers, payroll computation, revolving fund replenishment & operation request for finances

Prepares Monthly Checklist of all regulatory compliance, taxes premiums & dues related for finance.

Facilitates registration of company vehicles, payment of insurance policies of the company, Filing of tax & licenses & payment for membership dues

• Monthly Reports:

Prepares Monthly payable schedules, Account receivable -employee analysis schedules & record related to payable accounts

Pay: From Php19,
