- Preparation of check disbursement vouchers and journal vouchers for inventory-trade transactions from time to time.
- Monitors SC products selling prices versus cost and give recommendations if there's a need of revision in selling prices.
- Encode inventory purchase in accounting system.
- Ensures accuracy of inventory records in quickbooks by monitoring it from time to time.
- Daily reporting of reorder alerts to inform all concern employees.
- Do other tasks assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
