Responsibilities:
- Navigate any internal and most client-facing software in the tech stack.
Perform bank reconciliations with some help to resolve discrepancies.- Accurately categorize bank transactions with some guidance.
Carry out any process with clear instructions where minimal judgment is required, such as journal entries, bill entry, and data extraction.
- Tie balance sheet accounts to schedules but may not be able to resolve discrepancies.
Assist in basic clean-ups and implementations with detailed instructions.- Reviewers rarely discover material errors because of their willingness to ask questions when uncertain.
Follows through with resolving review notes or responding to questions.
Our Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Accounting Technology.
Has a great interest in working with taxes.- Highly analytical and keen attention to detail.
Comfortable in working with new and changing technology.
- Prior experience and knowledge of QuickBooks Online, XERO, and other cloud accounting software is desirable.
The salary will be agreed upon during the hiring process, and the position has approximately 40 hours of work per week.
