RESPONSIBILITIES: - Reconciles the company's bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
Completes analysis of the employee expenditures- Manages income and expenditure accounts
Generates the company's financial reports using income and expenditure data
- Keeps a check on the company's finances based on financial status
Files and remits taxes and other financial obligations- Initiates and manages financial and accounting software used by the company
Reconciles and processes payments to the merchants
- Reconciles amounts due from third-party logistics providers on per order basis
Develops internal accounting policies and procedures- Experience in BIR processes.
Accountancy graduate, CPA is an advantage- With at least one (1) year of relevant experience
Has exceptional Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills
