JOB DESCRIPTION:- Maintain accurate up-to-date financial records
Records all financial transactions such as cash receipts, disbursements and cash transactions
Reconcile bank statements and cash transactions
Prepare and present to management financial reports, such as income statements and balance sheets- Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable
Prepare and submit government report, such as VAT and income tax returns
Coordinate with external auditors during yearly audits
Safeguard accounting documents and financial information- Implement and maintain internal controls to prevent fraud and errors
Stay updated on changes in accounting rules and regulations in the Philippines
Assist with related tasks as needed.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
Additional education or experience is preferable.
Possession of special licenses or certifications may be necessary. (Certified Bookkeeper or CPA)- Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills.
Proficiency in mathematics and understanding of accounting and financial processes.
Ethical conduct.
Meticulous attention to detail.- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as an Accounting Supervisor or similar role.
Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations, including GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
Experience in financial reporting and analysis.
Strong understanding of internal controls and financial management processes.- Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Strong communication and leadership skills.

Pay: Php25,- 00 - Php30,000.00 per month
