Job Description

  • Review of all BIR reports before filing to EFPS.

  • Preparation of VAT every month

  • Preparation of VAT relief every quarter

  • Preparation of Income Tax Return (ITR) remittances every quarter

  • Summary list of suppliers every July & December for SHI

  • Summary list of tenants every July & December for SHI, NLI, SOA & NCI

  • Review of sales summary before BIR remittance

  • Bank reconciliation

  • Lapsing of fixed assets (depreciation)

  • Review and reconciliation of account balances in the system

  • Preparation of General Information Sheet (GIS) for SEC

  • Preparation of Affidavit of Non-Operations

  • Preparation of Quarterly Financial Statements

  • Answers to the external auditors

  • Preparation of records for BIR examination during LOA

  • Gives full assistance to others in the department

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
