Handle Full Set of Accounts Including AR, AP, GL and Inventory functions.- Responsible for submission of monthly Financial & Management Reports and Accounting Schedules.
Responsible for submission of Cash Flow Management Reports & daily cash flow management.
- Prepares and analyzes Company accounts reconciliation.
Prepares and submits all BIR and other government agencies requirements.- Liaise with External Auditors and Tax Advisors.
Responsible for annual budgeting and forecasting process and monitoring.
- Compliance with statutory and regulatory reporting.
Ad-hoc assigned related to accounting matters.
- EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND / WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor of Science in Accountancy / Accounting graduate- With at least 1-5 years audit/accounting experience
CPA are highly prioritized
- Skills and Qualifications:
Quick learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, maintain focus, and adapt to a variety of challenges
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong sense of time organization and urgency- Able to work independently and within a team
