Review credit applications and credit revisions of all branches.
Review Credit Approval Letter to ensure that the credit limit
Monitor clients with approved credit terms and limit that are
Conduct annual review of all approved credit terms.
Updating of watch-lists and blacklists.
Responsible in informing clients if they have bounced checks.
Sending computation for surcharges of check deferment.
Checking of DR and SI before printing.
Knock off of deposits/collections.
Counter checking of daily deposit/s.
Checking of daily collection report for submission to VP of Operations.
Monitor of online bank transfer/deposit from client/s.
Daily monitoring of recorded and issued documents DR/SI/CR.
Review and monitor weekly and monthly AR report (Aging and Customer due listing) for submission to Accounting Manager and VP of Operations.
Checking of SOA, collection letter, and demand letter and ensure to collect all outstanding accounts.
Review of Credit Approval Letter to ensure that the credit limit and terms are the same with the approved Credit Application.
Input to Procore (MDC software application) before counter.
Input to Oracle (EEI software application) before and after delivery.
Review all billings and payables to ensure that the computations and accounts being billed are precise.
Preparation of payment voucher/s, and recording of details on check book to make sure that the check number series are in order and properly accounted for checking of Accounting Manager and approval of VP-Operations with threshold of 50,
- 00, exceeding amount for approval to CEO.
Checking of commissions.
Review employees DTR summary and filed leave during payroll cut off.
Prepare employees statutory contributions and ensure submission of payment are within the prescribed period.
Prepare and review of payroll schedule and journal entry. Make sure to send the report to HR prior to deadline to account salaried on time.
- Inventory
Ensure that Stock Issue / Stock Received / Stock Transfer / Stock Adjustment are being done in an orderly manner.
Conduct Annual Inventory Count at the end of the year.
Monthly submittal of Inventory Report (Physical vs SQL) with the Incident Report (If any).
- General and Financial Reporting
Checking of BIR Alphalist and releasing of BIR 2316.
Checking of BIR 2307 from clients.
BIR and other government compliance (Computation and Returns).
Weekly checking of petty cash fund.
Renewal of business permit.
Preparation of DENR annual review of registration.
Conduct appraisal of subordinates to ensure performance are being monitored and improve.
Recommends and implement departmental policies and procedure to smoothen department operations.
Act as OIC in case the VP of Operations is not present or out of the office.
Custodian of company passbook and bank statements.
Maintaining of banks and BIR username and password aside from the Accounting Manager.
Other duties as need requires.
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or any related course- Minimum years of related working experience
