Requirements:
- Prepare periodic financial statements and other financial reports
Prepare month-end and year-end close and ensure that balance sheet accounts and general ledger accounts are updated- Ensure timely payments most especially to suppliers and vendors
Compute taxes and tax returns
- Monitors cash balances and ensure cash flows for efficient business operations
Prepares payroll, government remittances and other post-payroll reports- Verify accuracy of invoices, other accounting documents and records
Recommends action to resolve discrepancies
Bachelor's degree in Accountancy
- At least 2 years similar experience in a real estate, construction or retail setting
Basic knowledge in Accounting and Taxation Proven knowledge in bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices and laws
- Excellent communication and organization skills
Proficient in MS Excel and Google suite
