• Position Overview:

The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the company's accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and internal controls. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing guidance and support to department managers and senior management.

• Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and best practices.

Coordinate and manage the annual audit and tax filing processes, liaising with external auditors and tax advisors.

• Supervise and mentor the accounting team, providing training, guidance, and support to drive performance and success.

Monitor and analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and cost-saving initiatives.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification is strongly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.

• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: Php40,
