Are you a detail-oriented and passionate Accounts Payable (AP) Officer looking to make a significant impact We're seeking a full-time AP Officer for our client, and join our dynamic team on-site in Alabang, Muntinlupa.
Daily Recording of Supplier Invoices: Process and allocate invoices accurately.
- Weekly Preparation of Payment Files: Ensure timely payments for each entity.
Corporate Credit Card Transactions: Record and allocate transactions.- Supplier and Debtor Accounts: Manage payments and cash receipts.
Processed invoices for vendors/ suppliers in US- Processed payments for vendors/ suppliers in US
Reconcile disbursements for US accounts
- Processed credit card payments for US accounts
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field
- 3-5 years of work experience as an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Officer or any similar role
Proficient in ERP Systems (preferably SAP) and MS Office.- Experience supporting AU, US, or international clients is a
must.
Willingness to work from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM and report on-site.
- Immediate availability is a plus!
