Job Description

Responsibilities:

-Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

-Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and present findings to senior management.

-Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and reporting requirements. Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors to prepare and file tax returns accurately and timely.

-Internal Controls: Establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard assets, ensure data integrity, and prevent fraud. Regularly review and update control procedures to mitigate risks.

-Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

-ERP Systems Management: Oversee the implementation and maintenance of ERP systems for accounting and financial reporting. Streamline processes and leverage technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

-Audit Coordination: Coordinate annual audits with external auditors, providing necessary documentation and support. Address audit findings and implement recommendations for improvement.

-Advisory Support: Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on financial matters, providing insights, recommendations, and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives.
  • Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification is a MUST.

-Proven experience (5 years) in accounting or finance roles, with progressively increasing responsibility.

-Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and standards (GAAP, IFRS).

-Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

-Proficiency in ERP systems and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).

-Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

-Strong leadership and team management abilities.

-Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change.

  • Working Schedule: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

  • Location: BGC ,Taguig
