Ensure the accurate and punctual reporting of statutory accounts.
Maintain compliance with corporate governance standards.
Develop, manage, and execute budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting activities.
Establish and uphold effective internal controls within the organization.
Collaborate closely with regulatory authorities, both internal and external auditors, tax consultants, legal experts, banking institutions, appraisers, and other relevant stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze monthly operational results compared to the budget, and present necessary corrective measures.
Review and provide guidance to the Management on potential business risks associated with changes in statutory requirements, cross-border investments, foreign exchange fluctuations, and other relevant factors.
Stay current with updates in tax regulations, accounting standards, business trends, and market conditions.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or an equivalent qualification.
Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
Effective communication abilities to foster collaboration and rapport with diverse teams of varying nationalities.
8 years of relevant experience in a similar F&A role.
Candidates with experience in shared services management or telecommunications (Telco), Construction, Real Estate, Property Management industry will be highly regarded.
Demonstrated capacity to work both independently and as a team player.
Exceptional time management skills and a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
Ability to perform well under pressure.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Sound knowledge in taxation.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience with transitions and/or ERP implementation is a plus.
Experience in a multicultural, international environment is valued.
