JOB QUALIFICATIONS- College Degree in Accountancy, preferably a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
At least 10 years experience in finance and accounting; 3 years experience in managerial capacity- Adequate understanding and background in accounting, financial management and control, & tax management
Summarizes quarterly income statement.- Generates schedule of accounts/summaries
Prepares financial statements (income statement, balance sheet)
Monitors amount billed by company vs. amount collected from client.- Analyze existing accounting procedures and suggest changes to simplify the process (if applicable).
Prepares correspondence
- Prepares final project costs
Acts as revolving fund custodian.- Monitors loan amortization, interest and renewals.
Monitor progress billings and update collection
- Prepares financial reports
Prepares Trial Balance for external audit purposes.- Concurs with top management and other department managers.
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
