This role involves managing the accounting team, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with local accounting standards and regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in the retail industry.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification is a must.
Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.- Experience in the retail industry is an advantage.
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine tax laws and regulations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
