Job Description

Basic Function
  • Provide management general leadership, financial planning, control, direction to maintaining statistical and financial records and accountability for the financial performance of the company.
Responsible for the department's overall goals and consolidates the general accounting and accounts payable aspects of the department in order to ensure the maintenance of accurate accounting records and schedules that will aid the management in formulating sound decisions by using the record in making management tools such as reports and analysis.

  • Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide a professional, advisory and executive support service to management to assist in meeting the strategic goals of the Company.

  • Liaise with key personnel regarding potential opportunities and threats so as to be proactive in addressing changes in the business environment.

  • Advice on strategies aimed at cost minimization and maximization of revenue opportunities.

  • Ensures that the accounting records are prepared and reported in accordance to the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.

  • Reviews and analyzes trial balance accounts.

  • Reviews and approves transactions that are checked and verified by the accounting personnel such as but not limited to:
  • Accounts Payable Vouchers
Journal Vouchers
  • Buyer's Cancellation


  • Qualifications:
Graduate of BS in Accountancy; Has a Professional Licensed (CPA). BOA Accreditation is a plus.
  • 5 years and above experience in real estate development and construction and commercial business as Accounting Manager (Preferably)
With strong leadership skills and able to handle more than 10 staff in the department
  • Competent in the preparation of Financial statement, Income statement, Profit and Loss, Budget preparation and forecasting reports.
Ability to present reports to owners.
  • Knowledge in SAP is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per month

  • 13th month salary


Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
