Duties and Responsibilities- Overall Supervision of the routine operation of all accounting functions
Lead reconciliation of accounting records- Assistance loans management and communication
Check/Verify journal entries
- Perform functions on behalf of the CFO when needed
Prepare and amend policies and memorandums for the Accounting Department- Assigns tasks and shifts to staffs and provide guidance to maintain smooth flow of operations
Prepares and implement strategies that may help the staffs and supervisor to work efficiently and complete the task on time with minimum or no errors
- Participates in the recruitment process for the Accounting Department
Conducts performance evaluation for all Accounting Department personnel- Prepares reports as needed by the Chief Financial Officer
Attends to required meetings within and outside the company
- Performs other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy required
CPA is preferable
- With at least five (5) years experience in a managerial / supervisory position
With knowledge and experience in automated accounting systems preferably SAP- Skilled in Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication skills
