Job Description

Job Summary
  • Prepares overall company budget
Prepares monthly rolling forecast
  • Analyze actual monthly and yearly performances against budget
Prepares monthly Executive report
  • Reviews project feasibility study
Monitors project financial performance
  • Reviews strategies and transactions affecting project financial performance
Interact with other concerned departments towards achievement of financial projections and budgets
  • Qualifications
  • 3-4 years experience in the preparation of Company's budget
Graduate of Business Course, Major in Accounting
  • Can prepare projected financial statements (Income Statement, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet etc)
Has strong analytical skills and keen attention to details
  • Highly competent in Microsoft Office
Preferably CPA but not required
  • Real Estate experience is an advantage
Knowledgeable in SAP
