Responsibilities
Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the accounting department
Oversee and ensure the accuracy of all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger entries, and payroll
Prepare and review monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations, and maintain proper documentation of all financial activities
Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, and provide recommendations to management
Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to ensure the integrity of financial data
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as auditors, tax agencies, and vendors, to ensure accuracy and compliance
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license preferred
At least 1 years of accounting experience
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting standards
Proven ability to manage accounting teams and oversee accounting operations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other accounting software
