Accounting Manager

-Shall be responsible for the direction, administration and control of all general accounting and function (Finance).

-Shall oversee implementation of audit controls and review processes to strengthen it.

• -General financial oversight

a. Oversees and presents budgets, accounts and financial statements to the management committee.

b. Coordinate with designated staff about financial matters.

c. Ensure that appropriate financial systems and controls are in place

d. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation.

• -Financial Reporting

a. Presents regular reports on the organisation's financial position

b. Prepares accounts for audit and liaising with the auditor, as required.

• -Oversee admin needs.

• -Shall report directly to the President.

• Job Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Accountancy.

- At least three years supervisory experience as Accountant or Internal Auditor

- Strong Excel skills. Excellent ability to problem solve along with solid analytical skills, understanding of the business process, and systems optimization.

- Comfortable interacting with all levels of management in multiple areas.

- Strong knowledge of financial reporting.

- Ability to review data and make relevant management decisions.

- Strong financial system and business administration understanding.
