Responsibilities:- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Phil Tax Laws- Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all deadlines are met and financial reporting requirements are fulfilled.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to management for decision-making purposes.
- Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy of financial records.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing input and recommendations based on financial analysis.- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA designation preferred.- Minimum of 3 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior role.
Thorough understanding of financial reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software Microsoft Dynamics and advanced Excel skills.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with a proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
