Job Qualification

- Proven experience (5+ years) in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
- Retail industry experience is a plus.
