Responsibilities:- Receives and maintains the list of check payments, cleared checks, over deposits and overall sales.
- Prepares financial statements for Management's use as well as for compliance to regulatory requirements.
- Prepares monthly comparative analysis reports on reflecting the variances in revenue and costs of the company.
- Monitors budgeted CAPEX and equipment repairs and maintenance.

- Prepares journal entries to be posted to the general books of accounts.
- Ensures accuracy of entries in ledgers and journals in compliance with established accounting policies and procedures.
- BIR Tax filings, regulations and deadlines

- Evaluates existing policies and procedures for recording assets, liabilities and financial transactions to serve management needs and comply with basic government regulatory requirements.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned or delegated by Administrative/HR Officer or the Operations Manager ocassionally.

Supervises accounting staff
Graduate of bachelor degree course, preferably in the field of Accountancy, Financial Management, Banking and Finance, Business Management, Economics or any business-related courses.
Keen attention to detail and highly organized
Highly knowledgeable in MS Excel functions
At least 2 years related experience
