We're one of the first cloud kitchens in Manila and have served 500,000+ meals through digital-only brands - and we're only getting started. We're looking for bright, passionate folks to help us change the way Filipinos eat.
Currently pursuing a degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or related field.
With prior internship experience, handling AP, AR or Bookkeeping.
Strong interest in developing a career in Accounting or Purchasing.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
Willing to work in Makati, or Pasig City.
Has a Memorandum of Agreement MOA and Endorsement Letter from school
Can render at least 3 to 5 months of Internship
Aid in the preparation of purchase orders (POs) and assist with other relevant accounting
functions.
Assist in resolving any urgent stocking, delivery, and product quality issues with suppliers.
Handle reconciling any order discrepancies between supplier logs, internal receiving logs, etc.
Sourcing and assessing new suppliers for ingredients, packaging, equipment, kitchen
maintenance services, etc.
Setting up and recording payments to suppliers for management approval.
Maintaining an up-to-date database of all suppliers.
Completing other tasks as may be assigned
