Job Description

Financial Reporting:

  • Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income

    statements, and cash flow statements, for each business unit and the consolidated

    group.

  • Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance,

    highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.

    Treasury and Cash Management:


  • Manage cash flow and liquidity across multiple entities, optimizing working capital

    levels and minimizing financial risks.

  • Oversee banking relationships, including the negotiation of credit facilities, loans,

    and other financing arrangements to support operational needs and capital

    investments.

    Financial Reporting and Analysis:


  • Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income

    statements, and cash flow statements, for each business unit and the consolidated

    group.

  • Conduct variance analysis and provide insights into financial performance,

    highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.

    Financial Compliance and Risk Management:


  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulatory

    requirements applicable to the assigned cluster's industries.

  • Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets, mitigate

    financial risks, and prevent fraud or misappropriation.

  • Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies to facilitate

    audits, examinations, and filings, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

    Team Leadership and Development:


  • Establish clear goals and objectives for the accounting team, aligning individual

    responsibilities with organizational priorities and promoting a culture of

    accountability and excellence.

  • Foster collaboration and cross-functional communication within the finance

    department and across different business units, facilitating knowledge sharing and

    best practice dissemination.

    Data Management and Integrity:


  • Establish and enforce data integrity standards within QuickBooks, including proper

    coding, classification, and reconciliation of financial transactions to maintain

    accurate and reliable financial records.

  • Conduct periodic reviews and audits of QuickBooks data to identify discrepancies,

    errors, or inconsistencies, and implement corrective actions as necessary to ensure

    data accuracy and completeness.

  • Backup and safeguard QuickBooks data files to prevent data loss or corruption,

    implementing data security measures and access controls to protect sensitive

    financial information.

    Integration and Automation:


  • Explore opportunities to integrate QuickBooks with other business systems and

    applications to streamline data flow, eliminate manual processes, and improve

    efficiency.

  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and integrations compatible with QuickBooks

    to enhance system capabilities and support evolving business needs.

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Early shift
  • Holidays
 Monday to Friday
  • Rotational shift
* Weekends
