We currently have an exciting opportunity in one of our global affiliates for an Accounting Coordinator to join our Philippines office.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees are expected to alternate time between both remote and office. Note: This is a full-time position and will require some flexibility to overlap with U.S. counterparts.

YOUR ROLE.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Assist corporate accounting in daily, monthly, and annual activities, including generating financial reports
  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable with daily tasks, journal entries and reports
  • Support payroll with retro time adjustments
  • Reconcile and maintain accounts by recording, identifying, and verifying financial transactions using Excel spreadsheets
  • Provide clerical support to the Finance department
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

YOUR EXPERIENCE.

The successful candidate will have:

  • 3 years of work experience in similar capacity
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration
  • Experience working with a large volume of data and transactions
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in entering financial data
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and data
  • Able to multitask and meet changing deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability and willingness to flex schedule to overlap with U.S.A Team for a few hours during training and for team meetings.
