Position Overview
The Entity CFO ensures all transactions of the entity, its financial position, and performance are correctly reported on a timely basis. Your role involves oversight and ultimate escalation point of contact of the Entity's finance and tax processes that include all financial reporting for Head Office and Local Regulatory Reporting including Statutory Accounts, and local tax compliance, among others. You will perform quality assurance and approvals on reports submitted by the Accounting Close teams.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Responsible and accountable for all financial and tax matters of Deutsche Knowledge Services, Inc (DKS)
- Head Office Reporting
- Local Regulatory and Statutory Reporting
- Planning and Performance Management
- Management Reporting to Local Management and the Board of Directors
- Tax Compliance and Reporting
- Represents DKS in official interactions with local government/regulatory agencies
- Bureau of Internal Revenue
- Court of Tax Appeals
- Securities and Exchange Commission
- Board of Investments
- Responsible for Liquidity, FX and funding management for the entity
- Accountable for the accounting and related functions for the entity such as procurement, transfer pricing, and cost accounting
- Lead the DKS Finance team
Your Skills And Experience
- Certified Public Accountant
- At least 15 years total experience in finance and/or accounting fields
- At least 5 years experience directly in controllership functions
- Experience within the Finance and Accounting Teams of shared services is preferred
