We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team. This role presents an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals willing to be trained, to gain hands-on experience in the accounting industry. Job Responsibilities:
-Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and promptly.
-Prepare and maintain financial documents, such as invoices, bills, and receipts.
-Reconcile bank statements and other financial records.
-Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
-Support the accounting team with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as required.
-Ensure compliance with accounting procedures and policies.
-Attend training sessions and seminars to stay updated on accounting firm practices and regulations.
-Manage paperwork related to government entities, including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, SEC, Cooperative, and BIR. This includes accurately completing forms, submitting required documents, and ensuring compliance with government regulations and deadlines.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, such as Business Administration with a major in Finance or Operations Management.
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; previous internship or part-time experience in accounting is advantageous.
-Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
-Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
-Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
-Knowledge of Philippine accounting regulations is a plus.
