OBJECTIVE:An Accounting Clerk is responsible for maintaining financial records, running reports, and performing a wide range of transactions such as processes of revenue, collections, cash/banking information, and accounts receivable related transactions that entail administering customer account collections, reconciling accounts receivable control accounts, and generating payments to suppliers and other payees of the company.
- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Processes account receivable, revenue, and collection functions, including preparing, printing, and posting of invoices.
Handles the Client accounts
Recording of sales invoice on Odoo system.
Issue sales invoices / credit notes.
Responsible for the approval of the contract for tagging and delivery.
In-charge in printing out of vatable delivery receipts.
Responsible of posting of payments of contract.
Preparation of daily bank reconciliations.
Summarizes receivables by maintaining invoice accounts.
Preparation & sending out of SOA to respective branches.
Communicate with the sales team for receivables that must be billed.
Contacts customers to resolve late and/or non-payment of invoices.
Processing of Direct Debit's in a timely manner.
Maintain an up-to-date aged analysis.
Responsible for safekeeping, proper recording and filing of all documents.
Ensures that timely submission of reports and timely accomplishment of tasks are carried out on time.
Attends to other related concerns and performs other duties as may be assigned.
