Description
We are looking for an experienced Accounting Auditor Head to lead our auditing team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the SEA job market context and possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute audit plans to ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies
- Oversee the work of the auditing team and provide guidance and support as needed
- Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement in financial processes
- Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and present them to senior management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and implementation of audit recommendations
- Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience in accounting and auditing
- Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CIA
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
