Scope of Duties:- Processing and transacting cash up to the bank
Do bank reconciliation and monitoring passbook- Perform a monitoring in company expenses
Documentation and monitoring of all DR's and its payments
- Monitoring of all maturity date of fixed terms client accounts
Checking if all inventory record and actual count of products is correct.- Assists in the analysis and evaluation of the accuracy of accounting systems and procedures.
Supporting the accounting and auditing teams in their daily functions.
- Preparing audit reports and statements for review.
Conducts research on policies and procedures regarding the safeguarding of assets to inform the decision making process.- Conducts research on governance policies and procedures to inform the decision-making process
Checks and verifies the accuracy and integrity of accounting ledgers.
- Verify and reconcile intercompany transactions
Monitoring all office supplies.- Conduct other task assigned.
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy Knowledgable in Accounting and Audit process
- Familiarity with Accounting System
Highly analytical and attention to detail- Ability to handle Confidential Information
