- Perform the day to day processing of accounts payable transactions to ensure that finances are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.
Responsible in submission of Value Added Tax (VAT) relief for Input tax summary
- Responsible in submission of Summary Alphalist of Withholding Tax (SAWT)
Assures that voucher due for Expandable Withholding Tax (EWT) and Creditable Withholding Tax (CWT) were prepared even if these falls under Electronic Filing and Payment System (EFPS) for proper documentations.- Assures that all bank payments for bank loans thru salary deductions
Responsible in following up zero rating certificates from suppliers that falls under zero rating zone
- Responsible in maintaining the accounting files
Monthly online filing of all government contributions and loans in reference to payroll deductions- Accountable on the vault combination, except for the keys and cash box.
Assist in budget preparation, month end and year end closing of books.
- Assures that the digitization project related to Accounts Payables are complete and updated daily.
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course.
At least with work experience, preferably in a similar environment. Familiarity to Navision is an advantage.
- Proven working experience as accounts payable clerk.
Strong problem solving skills, basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis, multi-tasking skills and accounting payable principles- Must have strong work ethics and trustworthy
Must be a teamplayer
- Must be well organized, possess strong organizational and time management skills and a self-starter
Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Proficiency in MS Office.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail along with a commitment to quality and confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on accuracy and timeliness- Detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable
Must be able to follow standard filing procedures
- Must be adaptable to change.
Must demonstrate respect for all others, internally and externally.- Willing to render overtime as necessary.
