ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE to join our dynamic team.
Ensures 100% collection of all due and outstanding accounts by all possible means.
- Ensures that clients are fully paid before delivery.
Accurate and on-time preparation and release of SOA (Statement of Accounts) to bill a client.- Accurate and timely Daily sales reporting.
Accurate and timely Aging of Accounts report.
Bachelor Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology or its equivalent
- Preferably more than 2 years of work experience in handling Receivables or General Accounting procedures is an advantage
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel or Powerpoint- Knowledgeable in SAP or any relevant accounting software is advantage
Have no previous history of theft
- Willing to multi-task, work under pressure and with minimal supervision
Open for fresh graduates
Type: Full-time and On-site only Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-5pm; Saturdays, 8-3pm
