General Qualification Standards:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or in progress).

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
