Scope of Service: Internal and Clients
- A. Payroll, Statutory Benefits
Handles end-to-end payroll processing and statutory reporting including the monthly remittances to SSS, PHIC, and HDMF.- Handles BIR Tax reporting related to compensation, including the 1601-C, 2316, and Alphalist / Annualization.
Assist in updating employees government records and employer updates.
Assist the Accountants in Bank, invoices, and sales reconciliation and identify discrepancies.
- Monitors accounts payable and receivable and ensures that internal control policies are strictly implemented.
Maintains the General Ledger and assists in the monthly bookkeeping and financial preparation.- Assist in Collections and Disbursement.
a. With a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or any related course.
b. With at least 2 years of experience in processing Payroll & Statutory Benefits.
c. Working Knowledge in Accounting Payroll Software.
d. End to end Payroll Experience
will have an advantage.
e. Familiarity with government remittances and reporting (SSS, PHIC, HDMF, BIR)
f. Knowledge of payroll processing (Manual & System-based)
g. Keen to details a Pro-active
h. Candidates with personal laptops and internet connections will be prioritized.
i. Can start ASAP.
