Accounting Assistant

Description

We are looking for an Accounting Assistant with 0-1 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in accounting principles and be able to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment. The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks and ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records.

Responsibilities

• Assist with accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare and input journal entries
• Assist with financial reporting and analysis
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Assist with audits and other financial reviews

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 0-1 years of experience in accounting or related field
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
