- Initiate Payment online of SSS, Phil health and PAG-IBIG
Philhealth for Filling of ER 2 for newly hired crews (online).
- Prepare Certificate of Contribution and when requested by a seafarer or employee in Philhealth only.
Filing of SSS R1A online every month for newly hired crews (online).- Prepare annual reconciliation for year-end audit for SSS, Philhealth, and HDMF.
Prepare monthly reconciliation between GL balance and actual payment to be submitted to the Crew Accounts Supervisor and General Accounts Supervisor before the end of the month for monitoring purposes.
- Process the preparation of FAW as verified by the Crew Accounts Supervisor, this includes encoding of the Journal Voucher entries in Navision and preparation of payment slips per seaman in connection with his Leave payments.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.
- Must be keen on details and can work with minimal supervision.
