Job Description

_Job Description:_

  • Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

  • Prepare and maintain financial reports, statements, and records.

  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor daily transactions.

  • Coordinate with the accounts team to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

  • Handle invoicing, billing, and expense tracking.

  • Provide administrative support to the accounts team as needed.

    _Qualifications:_

    - Candidate must be at least Graduate of BS Accountancy or any related course.
    - With at 6 months or working experience as an Accounting Assistant or any related functions.
    - Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures.
    - Ability to communicate with all levels of colleagues and clients
    - Trainable and can work independently
