We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to perform daily accounting tasks that will support our financial team.
Accounting assistant responsibilities include managing expense reports, entering financial transactions into our internal database and reconciling invoices.
- Duties & Responsibilities:
Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
- Create and update expense reports
Enter financial transactions into internal database- Maintain digital and physical financial records
Communicates with vendors and suppliers to ensure charges are accurate and that payments are received in a timely manner
- Requirements and Skills :
Work experience as an Accounting Assistant
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
Good math skills and the ability to spot numeric errors- Hands-on experience with MS applications and Accounting software
Organizational skills
- BS in Accounting, Finance or relevant field
